Les journées Réseaux

The JRES conference

The conference named JRES (French academic Networking Days) is a conference aimed at every player of the education and research community contributing to the deployment and expansion of the information and communication technologies.

It is organized under the aegis of the French Ministère de l'Education Nationale, de l'Enseignement Supérieur et de la Recherche on the initiative of the Réseau National de télécommunications pour la Technologie, l'Enseignement et la Recherche RENATER, of the Unité Réseaux du CNRS (UREC) and of the Comité Réseau des Universités (CRU), and takes place every two years.

The JRES conference aims at providing a comprehensive overview of the networking world as regards technologies, uses, strategies, organization and developments, by introducing innovative themes at each session.

To go further into the issues discussed at the JRES conference, RENATER, the UREC and the CRU also offer the tutoJRES, tutorials aimed at the education and research community, for free.
